20th EURAMET General Assembly held in Tbilisi — Dr Röttger elected Vice-Chairperson
The 20th EURAMET General Assembly took place 1–5 June 2026 in Tbilisi, Georgia, hosted by GEOSTM. Dr Annette Röttger (PTB, Germany) was elected as EURAMET Vice-Chairperson (GA). The 30th TC Chairs Meeting followed on 2–4 June.

Gas pressure study uncovers novel phenomenon — reduces measurement uncertainty
A EURAMET Metrology Partnership project on gas pressure refractometry has uncovered a novel physical phenomenon using metal-based Fabry-Pérot cavities. Results will help reduce measurement uncertainty in pressure metrology and support industrial calibration.
